Lost and alone...down the rabbit hole.

Years have passed since Alice lost her mother to cancer, but time hasn't quite healed the wound. Alice copes the best she can by writing her music, losing herself in her love for her boyfriend, and distancing herself from her father and his new wife.

But when a deadly snowstorm traps Alice with her stepmother and newborn half sister, she'll face issues she's been avoiding for too long. As Alice looks to the heavens for guidance, she discovers something wonderful.

Perhaps she's not so alone after all...

This is the first English-printed-hardcopy-book that I read (until finished).

Untuk plotnya sendiri sayangnya agak lambat, it takes so much pages until the story begins to the main idea, about Alice, and her stepmother and stepsister trap in the deadly snowstorm.

To be honest, she is so stubborn, childish, tottaly an egoist. There are a lot of kisses and hugs, but no chemistry. Ya ampun, baru dicium sama dipeluk aja udah sayang sampe segitunya. I wish the writer could make more chemistry between Alice and Blaze. So, It is worth that Alice gives her dependence and trust to Blaze. Di sisi lain, Alice punya sahabat, Claire, tapi dia seenaknya aja marahan sama sahabatnya, ruins their friendship, dan sepertinya tidak menyesal sama sekali. I wanna slap Alice, really.

“...it’s no use going back to yesterday, because I was a different person then.” (page 352)

3 stars - This book was OK, read it if it sounds good to you
